Our deployments operate under the following SLA:
To end maternal and neonatal mortality by providing resilient clinical software, ensuring that medical intelligence and care reach every mother and child.
To secure the technical backbone for MCH projects through secure end-to-end software development for clinical trials.
A speech-based MNCH platform designed to engage expectant fathers in maternal and newborn care across rural Punjab, Pakistan — built end-to-end by the Materna Systems team.
Pakistan carries the world's highest neonatal mortality rate — 44.2 per 1,000 live births — and among the worst maternal mortality rates in the region. Existing ICT-based interventions have struggled due to low smartphone penetration, limited literacy, and high deployment costs in rural areas. Super Abbu addressed this gap by building a simple phone call-based service that connects expectant fathers to doctors and peer networks, supplementing Lady Health Worker visits and operating without any smartphone requirement.
